Examination Performance After the Pandemic

In 2022 IAL & IGCSE examinations resumed after a two year hiatus. In spite of this students at TEA performed to a high standard as detailed below:

IGCSE A*-A grades

In 2022 46% IGCSE students were awarded an A*-A grade [as a percentage of all grades achieved] In 2023 47.3% IGCSE students were awarded an A*-A grade [as a percentage of all grades achieved]. These are significant achievements & ones that surpass what schools in the UK achieved.

IGCSE A*-C grades

In 2022 78% IGCSE students were awarded an A*-C grade [as a percentage of all grades achieved] In 2023 81.7% IGCSE students were awarded an A*-C grade [as a percentage of all grades achieved]. These are significant achievements & ones that surpass what schools in the UK achieved.

IAL grades

Student performance in 2022 & again in 2023 was of the necessary standard that IAL students met university entry requirements & so proceeded to study at university level.
